1938 Dodge Sedan

Purchased from my aunt and uncle in 1950 for $240 - my father paid for it.  It was a great car as it had been in the family and well maintained.  There's a little story attached to this car.  I was on my way to school one very snowy morning, the snowplow was coming towards me and I moved to the side and parked to let is pass.  A car coming from behind bumped into me.  No real damage so I went on my way to school.  When I arrived, the talk was all about some robbery which had taken place at the school overnight.  Sometime later in the day, two RCMP officers arrived at the school asking for me.  They were there about the fender bender incident but everyone when they saw me being escorted out of the school by two RCMP officers automatically thought I was the thief.  I had a hell of a time clearing my name!
